Man arrested after alleged break and enter in Upper Sahali

KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP say a man was arrested and a stolen vehicle was recovered after a reported break and enter in Upper Sahali Wednesday (Dec. 8) morning.
Police say a home security system on Monarch Court showed a man inside a home. A nearby school was placed on a hold and secure while police responded.
Cst. Crystal Evelyn says the attempted to flee on foot before being caught by police. He’s being held in custody before a court appearance.
Anyone who witnessed the alleged break in or has information related it is asked to contact the Kamloops RCMP.
