TUTTI – B.C.’s Favourite Delivery App
Tutti is an online delivery app like no other. Why? Because its focus isn’t the same as most apps.
When the company behind the app started its service in British Columbia four years ago September 1, Tutti set a goal to become B.C.’s favourite local delivery app. Since launching, it has added partnerships with local restaurants and stores on a weekly basis in each city in which it operates. Tutti’s founders wanted something special and, four years later, that’s exactly what they have. And you only have to look at the name of the app to see why.
Tutti is built on special relationships, with both the businesses it serves and the customers at the receiving end of the process. Dina Hadi, Tutti’s Marketing Specialist, puts it this way: “Tutti is a word of Italian origin meaning All or Together, and that’s what our business wants to convey to the people of Kamloops.” Hadi adds, “We wanted to provide win-win situations for the businesses we serve, with an affordable delivery platform that focuses on local restaurants.”
Tutti opened in Kamloops on December 15, 2020, the fourth operation in the province. In that time, it has built partnerships with such local businesses as Bright Eye Brewing, Bubble Time Tea and Waffle, Gary’s House of Kwan, and many more. There are more than 40 businesses on board — from restaurants to liquor outlets to convenience stores, all of which have their own special local stories. Hadi says that’s one of the exciting things about their operation.
“Our goal is to become people’s ‘go-to’ local delivery app for Kamloops-based businesses,” says Hadi. “The focus is on keeping it local. The fact that we’re going strong four years later shows that the concept has gained traction in the communities it serves.”
The app has a customer service team with a live chat feature to answer questions about a customer’s order. The delivery tracking system works accurately in real time and deliveries are made within 15 kilometres of the business location.
Tutti specializes in building partnerships with local merchants. And the process has worked out well, with the app now available in four B.C. cities.
“Our restaurant partners like the low commission structure, which helps them,” says Hadi. “Our delivery fees are reasonable, our service is prompt, and we have a great diversity of outlets, with more partnerships being developed all the time. The app is easy to use and we’re always in communication with our restaurant partners to make sure we’re performing as we should.”
As part of its Fourth Anniversary celebration, Tutti is conducting a promotion through CFJC Today’s Instagram site to give away four gift certificates of $50 each to lucky customers. As part of the celebration, from September 1 through September 4, with a minimum purchase of $10, the company will also be offering free delivery within four kilometres on the app. For more details on the promotion, enter here.
Hadi has no qualms about stating why Tutti has grown to where it has over the past four years :
“When we started, we had a specific focus. Some apps have hundreds of partners, but we wanted to focus on local businesses, and build a winning relationship through hard work, a personalized approach and great customer service. Our resources also include an in-house marketing team that can help to support our partner restaurants with marketing plans. We have an approach that works with both our client businesses and our customers at home. It’s the way we want to stay, and we’re excited to be a part of the Kamloops community.”
With that kind of philosophy, the name Tutti is aptly suited for a company that wants to bring everyone together for great products and great results. Happy Fourth Anniversary Tutti!!
