Kamloops flights cancelled due to smoky conditions

KAMLOOPS — Multiple flights arriving and departing Kamloops were cancelled today (July 31).

Kamloops Airport announced it’s due to smoky conditions. The affected WestJet flights include two arrivals from Calgary, WS 3111 and WS 3241, along with two departures to Calgary, WS 3208 and WS 3314.

For Air Canada, AC 8192 arriving from Vancouver and AC 8426 departing to Calgary are cancelled.

Manager Ed Ratuski told CFJC Today passengers should monitor their flight status and airlines daily as smoky conditions change.
