Dangerous sex offender who intended to live in Kamloops now living in Chilliwack

CHILLIWACK — A dangerous sex offender who had apparently moved to Kamloops is now taking up residence in Chilliwack.

In April, RCMP warned Kamloops residents that James Leo Gracie, 61, had finished his Long Term Supervision Order was planning to live in the Kamloops area.

Gracie, who is also known as Finn McInnis, has a lengthy rap sheet that includes sex offences against children, including sexual assault and forcible confinement. Authorities consider him a high risk to reoffend.

Friday (July 23), RCMP notified Chilliwack residents that Gracie is residing in the Chilliwack area.
