Fires spotted on Strawberry Hill overlooking Kamloops

KAMLOOPS – At least a pair of fires have been spotted on Strawberry Hill overlooking Kamloops tonight (July 1).

The fires were spotted in the early evening and has led to a response from the Kamloops Fire Department.

The cause of the fires is not known however some lightning was seen in the area around the time smoke was first spotted.
