Two dead after Sunday evening collision in Williams Lake

WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — Two people have died after a two-vehicle crash in Williams Lake Sunday (June 27).
According to local RCMP, the collision took place at about 7:34 p.m. Sunday, at the intersection of Gibbon Road and Richard Road.
Investigators believe a southbound Volkswagen Golf made a left turn onto Gibbon Road and was hit by a westbound Honda Pilot.
The two occupants of the Volkswagen, a man and a woman, were pronounced dead at the scene. The occupants of the Honda received non-life threatening injuries.
