NorKam Secondary added to IH’s COVID-19 exposure list

KAMLOOPS — There are four active potential COVID-19 exposure events in SD73.

NorKam Secondary had a potential exposure on May 25 and 26. It joined Sa-Hali Secondary (May 17 to 19), Beattie Elementary (May 17) and Brocklehurst Middle (May 17 and 18).

In SD58, the potential exposure at Merritt Secondary on May 18 and 19 remains active.

In SD83, two Salmon Arm schools’ potential exposure events remain active: Salmon Arm Secondary – Jackson Campus on May 17, and Shuswap Middle between May 11 to 13, and on May 18.

Students and staff who may have been in direct contact with the COVID-positive individual are being contacted by health and school officials with further instructions.
