City of Kamloops spray parks to open for the season this Friday

KAMLOOPS — It’s a sure sign summer is not far away: City of Kamloops spray parks will open for the season this weekend.
According to a City news release, the spray amenities at Riverside Park, Albert McGowan Park, Westsyde Park and McDonald Park, as well as the wading pool at Prince Charles Park, will open on Friday (May 21).
The hours of operation will be 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., seven days a week.
The Prince Charles Park wading pool will maintain an occupancy limit of 40, in compliance with provincial health orders relating to COVID-19.
