KAMLOOPS — A long-time member of the School District 73 management team is now the new Secretary-Treasurer of the District. The Board made the announcement last night.
Trina Cassidy has been the Director of Finance, and since 2006, and has been responsible for financial reporting, budgets and payroll among her other duties. Cassidy takes over from her former boss Kelvin Stretch, who is retiring as Secretary-Treasurer this year.
Cassidy’s appointment completes the transition of the top two members of the Administration. Dr. Rhonda Nixon takes over as Superintendent in July, replacing Dr. Terry Sullivan, who has been filling in as interim Supertindent for the past year.
