Schools in Kamloops and Salmon Arm added to Interior Health’s COVID-19 exposure list

KAMLOOPS — Arthur Stevenson Elementary in Kamloops had a potential COVID-19 exposure take place between March 29 and April 1.
Elsewhere, Salmon Arm Secondary – Jackson Campus, had a potential exposure take place on March 29 and 30.
As of publication, five other schools in the Kamloops-Thompson district remain on Interior Health’s potential exposure event list: NorKam Secondary, Westmount Elementary, Logan Lake Elementary, Brocklehurst Middle, and Westsyde Secondary. No other potential exposure events are listed for the North Okanagan-Shuswap district.
Arthur Stevenson and Salmon Arm Secondary students and staff who may have had direct contact with the COVID-19-positive individual or individuals will be contacted by school or health officials.
