Kamloops home sales, prices through the roof in March
KAMLOOPS — The overheated Kamloops real estate market kept right on rolling in March.
According to newly provided data from the Kamloops and District Real Estate Association (KADREA), there were 372 residential sales last month, a 69 per cent jump over March of 2020 (220).
In addition, the average residential sales price was $545,915, up 29 per cent from the same month last year, with sales dollar volume is up by 164 per cent.
“We’re indeed setting sales records in the region and I don’t see any downtrend in the months to come,” KADREA President Chelsea Mann said in a news release.
