British Columbians with pre-existing vulnerabilities can book COVID-19 vaccine appointments next Monday
VICTORIA — B.C.’s Ministry of Health is opening up vaccine appointment booking to those who have pre-existing medical conditions that make them particularly vulnerable to COVID-19.
In a news release, the ministry says people with extreme vulnerabilities will be able to book vaccine appointments as of next Monday (Mar. 29).
The ministry says there are about 200,000 people aged 16 or older in B.C. who fall into the designated categories. However, it notes some of those have already been vaccinated through the province’s age-based campaign.
The full list of those conditions eligible can be found here.
