Five Kamloops schools on COVID-19 exposure list Thursday

KAMLOOPS — While several schools within the Kamloops-Thompson School District are being moved off the Interior Health COVID-19 exposure list, others are still being added.

The list includes four schools within District 73.

The latest to be added are Arthur Hatton Elementary, which had an exposure from March 2 to 4 last week, and Beattie Elementary, which had an exposure all five days last week (Mar. 1 to 5).

In addition, another date has been added to the Brocklehurst Middle School exposure. The school had exposures on Monday and Tuesday of last week (Mar. 1 and 2), as well as Friday (Mar. 5).

In each case, as well as for those exposed at the Sk’elep School of Excellence, school and health officials will contact those impacted.
