COVID-19 case count jumped in Kamloops last week

KAMLOOPS — After an encouraging decline the previous week, Kamloops saw a rising COVID-19 case count again last week.
In the latest data broken down by local health area (LHA), the B.C. Centre for Disease Control reports 124 COVID-19 cases in the Kamloops region for the week of February 21 to 27.
That is an increase of 46 from the week before.
Kamloops still has the highest COVID-19 case count of all Interior Health LHAs.
