SUIT: CHRIS D’ELIA ACCUSED OFF EXPLOITING A MINOR: Comedian Chris D’Elia has been hit with a suit accusing him of sexually exploiting a minor and soliciting child pornography. The incident allegedly occurred in 201, when a then 34-year-old D’Elia forced a 17-year-old to “provide him sexually explicit images of herself over the internet, directed her what specific sexual poses and acts she should perform for him, and psychologically punished her when she refused.” They eventually met in person, and she gave him oral sex. She is seeking unspecified damages and punitive action. (ET)

WILL SMITH MAY RUN FOR OFFICE: Will Smith may run for office. He told Pod Save America’s Jon Favreau: “I think for now I’ll let that office get cleaned up a little bit and then I’ll consider that at some point down the line. I absolutely have an opinion, I’m optimistic, I’m hopeful, I believe in understanding between people and I believe in the possibility of harmony. I will certainly do my part, whether it remains artistic or, at some point, ventures into the political arena.” (ET)

MEGHAN MARKLE FACES BULLYING CLAIMS: Meghan Markle is being accused of bullying at least two Palace aides. Per reports, her behavior occasionally reduced staffers to tears. At least two aides left their jobs due to her behavior.  She has responded via aides, denying the allegations and saying she is “saddened” by the claims. (Page Six)

ASHLEY BENSON TALKS EXPLOITING RELATIONSHIPS: Ashley Benson says she doesn’t want to discuss her relationships, believing they should be private. Benson, who recently split from G-Eazy, said: “You obviously can’t help if you get photographed together. [But] it’s more sacred that way. Those private moments are for you and your partner, and I think it’s best not to be over-exposed, and you can really protect your relationship if you’re not exploiting it.” (Cosmo)
