KAMLOOPS — A group of volunteers from the Kamloops Outdoor Skating Association and the Kamloops Long Blades skating club got together to create a brand new skating service on Saturday (Jan. 30).
More than 20 volunteers got together and, in just over three hours, scraped and flooded a portion of Inks Lake to create a 400-metre skating oval.
