Multiple vehicles

One lane of Trans Canada closed in Kamloops following morning crash.

KAMLOOPS — The Monday morning (Feb. 1) commute has been snarled by a multiple vehicle crash along the Trans Canada highway in Kamloops.

Several vehicles were involved in the crash in the westbound lane, just west of the turnoff to Highway 5. The crash occurred just before 8:00 am.

It’s not known if there have been any injuries.

Police have closed a portion of the highway to allow emergency crews to work safely.
