Beattie Elementary in Kamloops added to COVID-19 exposure list

KAMLOOPS — Parents at Beattie Elementary School in Kamloops have been informed that the school has been added to the COVID-19 exposure list.

An exposure took place at the school last Thursday and Friday (Jan. 21 and 22).

Contact tracing is underway and those who were in direct contact with the COVID-19-positive individual will be told to self-isolate.

Anyone not reached by public health personnel are urged to attend school as normal.
