Taylor Drops 2 More Songs

Two more Taylor Swift songs made their streaming debut on Thursday (January 7th).

“Right Where You Left Me” and “It’s Time To Go” were previously only available on the deluxe edition of her latest album, evermore.  Lyric videos for both tracks were also released earlier this week (January 6th)

Evermore is Swift’s second album of 2020, following the July release of folklore.

She said, [“I’ve never put out an album this quickly in succession after a brand new album, but then again I’ve never had a concept like this come to me before where I wanted to continue exploring even after an album was released. I didn’t want to move on to something else, I just wanted to keep on digging.”] SOUNDCUE (:14 OC: . . . keep on digging.)

The singer continued, [“So, evermore is out, Ithink it’s four-and-a-half months after folklore came out, but this is a year where I threw out a lot of rules that I used to have in my head – ‘Oh, you only put out an album once every so often’ – whatever, like I think we need music.
