GILLIAN ANDERSON, PETER MORGAN SPLIT: Gillian Anderson and Peter Morgan are calling it quits after four years of dating. The actress and The Crown creator split amicably, and while they never lived together, they worked together on the Netflix hit. Previously, the 52-year-old was married to Clyde Klotz — with whom she shares daughter Piper, 26 — then later, Julian Ozanne. The Sex Education actress was later with Mark Griffiths from 2006 to 2015. They have two children: Oscar, 14, and Felix, 12. The 57-year-old Morgan has five children from a previous marriage.
RYAN REYNOLDS TALKS CHRISTMAS: Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively are laying low at Chrismtas. The Deadpool actor shared on IG Story: “My kids won’t see their grandparents this year for Christmas. Or friends or aunts and uncles. It sucks. My hat’s off to so many others doing the same.” Reynolds and Lively married in 2012.
KATIE HOLMES AND EMILIO VITOLO JR. ARE INSTAGRAM OFFICIAL: Katie Holmes and Emilio Vitolo Jr. are now Instagram official. Marking Holmes’s 42nd birthday, the chef shared a pic and wrote: “The most amazing, kindest, beautiful person. Every time I see your face it makes me smile . Happy Birthday !!! I love you !” Holmes commented: “Thank you so much my Love. I love u too!” The pair were first linked in September.
JIM CARREY RETIRES FROM BIDEN DUTY: Jim Carrey is retiring from his role impersonating Joe Biden on Saturday Night Live. He said via tweet: “Though my term was only meant to be 6 weeks, I was thrilled to be elected as your SNL President… comedy’s highest call of duty. I would love to go forward knowing that Biden was the victor because I nailed that s**t. But I am just one in a long line of proud, fighting SNL Bidens.” Saturday night, Alex Moffat slipped into Carrey’s vacated spot.
