TRU delays start of winter semester by one week

KAMLOOPS — Thompson Rivers University says it will be starting the 2021 winter semester a week later than originally scheduled.

In a notice posted to its website, TRU says in-person campus classes and virtual courses will begin the week of January 11.

Self-paced courses and programs with start dates that were different from regular winter semester start dates are not impacted. (To see whether your program has been affected, click here.)

While the start times have been delayed, the university will still reopen as scheduled on Monday, January 4.
