DAMON DASH ORDERED TO APPEAR: A judge has ordered Damon Dash to appear for a deposition. The case accuses the Roc-A-Fella co-founder of ripping off a film directed by Josh Webber by selling it as his own. He fails to show by January he will lose his case and a “default judgment will be entered in favor of Plaintiffs,” according to the order, seen by Page Six. (Page Six)

BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN SEEKS JOINT CUSTODY: Brian Austin Green is seeking joint custody off the three boys he shares with his estranged wife Megan Fox. He filed the papers November 25^th. He did not request child support, but did request spousal support and requested that he and Fox pay their own legal and court fees. (ET)

HALLE BERRY PAYS TRIBUTE: Halle Berry paid tribute to her friend Natalie Desselle-Reid after her death at 53 from colon cancer. “Natalie was one of the most precious people I’ve ever known,” wrote Berry, who said she met Desselle-Reid through actor and director Robert Townsend. Both Berry and Desselle-Reid starred in B.A.P.S., which Townsend, 63, directed. (People)

JENNA DEWAN TOASTS 40: Jenna Dewan celebrated a low-key 40^th birthday at home, she reveals. She told The Talk: “It was a big milestone birthday for me. So I turned 40. Under any other time, I would have had some big bash blowout. And because of, you know, Covid and 2020, we just stayed in the house. We had such a great day though. My kids were here.
