The weekend before Thanksgiving is typically a blockbuster, but this is no ordinary year. Last year, Disney‘s Frozen II raked in $204.9 million in its opening weekend. Freaky led the charge this year, with $1.2 million in its second weekend out, down 65% since its $5.6 million opener.
Also this weekend, Jackie Chan‘s Vanguard opened at No. 7 with a reported $400K.
