Snow, wind will make travel dicey in the B.C. Interior Friday
KAMLOOPS — Snowfall will make its return to the Kamloops area beginning this afternoon.
Environment Canada’s Armel Castellan says flurries are forecast for Kamloops today, and we may see a few centimetres accumulating Friday.
“Really, the main event is on Friday,” Castellan told CFJC Today. “Particularly in the morning, before the snow levels rise to about 700 metres, we could see two-to-four centimetres in Kamloops.”
Castellan says the bigger headache will come to those who are planning to hit the highways.
