Four demonstrators arrested Saturday at Trans Mountain work site in Kamloops
KAMLOOPS — Another group of protestors was arrested allegedly blocking work on the Trans Mountain (TMX) pipeline expansion project on the weekend.
According to Southeast District RCMP, Mounties were called to a TMX worksite near Airport Road early Saturday morning (Oct. 17). Members from the RCMP’s Community-Industry Response Group, Division Liaison Team, Southeast District TAC Team responded, along with members from the local detachment.
