Mustard Seed Kamloops receives $25,000 from BC Interior Community Foundation
KAMLOOPS — Near the beginning of the pandemic, the federal government committed to $350 million to support community organizations facing economic uncertainty around COVID-19.
On Tuesday, The Mustard Seed received some money to help support its clients.
The Mustard Seed Kamloops was the recipient of a $25,000 cheque from the BC Interior Community Foundation, which has been distributing the Emergency Community Support Fund on behalf of the federal government. The Mustard Seed plans to use the money towards advocacy, helping its clients meet their life goals.
