Arrow Transportation Systems to fund surgical suite in new Patient Care Tower

KAMLOOPS — Arrow Transportation Systems is making a $250,000 donation to Royal Inland Hospital to fund a surgical suite in the new Patient Care Tower.

According to a release from the RIH Foundation, Arrow’s owners and founding family, the Charles family, is making the donation on behalf of the Arrow Group of Companies and all Arrow employees.

“It is an honour for Arrow to give back to Kamloops and the surrounding communities through this gift – to help ensure that our employees and their loved ones, and everyone across the Central Interior have access to the best healthcare possible,” said Arrow’s Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Corporate Development Jackie Charles.

The surgical suite will be one of 11 state-of-the-art operating theatres in the Patient Care Tower.
