Kamloops man charged in Calgary homicide
CALGARY — A Kamloops man has been arrested and charged in connection with a homicide in Calgary last year.
With the assistance of RCMP, 58-year-old Dale Topalinski was arrested in Kamloops July 8. He is charged with one count of manslaughter in relation to the death of Harry Vincent (Frank) Jones.
Police say the 66-year-old victim was killed following an altercation at the Red Carpet Inn in Calgary March 15, 2019. Calgary police allege Jones was the victim of a targeted attack.
Topalinski was identified as a suspect and a Canada-wide warrant was issued for his arrest. He is expected to make his next court appearance in a Calgary courtroom July 16.
