Kamloops RCMP seek woman who witnessed North Shore dog attacks
KAMLOOPS — Kamloops RCMP are looking to speak with a woman who may have witnessed a man use his dog as a weapon.
According to a news release from Cpl. Jodi Shelkie, the incident happened on June 28 at around 5:00 p.m. on Tranquille Road.
Shelkie says the man’s German shepherd repeatedly wandered into traffic, causing the man to grab the dog and forcefully push the dog onto the sidewalk.
A female passerby told the man to stop, but he replied he would have his dog attack her.
