Search underway for missing Merritt woman

MERRITT – A search is underway for a missing 44-year-old woman in Merritt.

Lalie Honeywell was last seen at the Double D Motel Monday (May 11) at 6:00 pm. Police were alerted to her disappearance this morning.

Lalie Honeywell is 5-3 and weighs approximately 150 pounds. She has short brown hair and brown eyes. When she was last seen, she was wearing blue jeans, a purple shirt and a pair of DC brand shoes.

Nicola Valley Search and Rescue and RCMP Air Services are participating in the search effort.
