One person taken to hospital in critical condition Friday evening

KAMLOOPS — B.C Emergency Health Services says one person was taken to Royal Inland Hospital in critical condition last night (May 8).
In an email, BC EHS confirmed that around 7:41 p.m, they responded to a call of an unconscious person near the riverbank on Station Road in Heffley Creek.
Two ambulance crews, and a supervisor vehicle arrived on scene, before treating and taking the patient to hospital.
There’s been no word yet on the condition of the individual, or what incident preceded the arrival of paramedics.
