TNRD closes offices in wake of COVID-19
KAMLOOPS — The Thompson Nicola Regional District announced yesterday it is closing its Kamloops offices effective as of 4:30 PM Wednesday (March 18). The copy of the news release is as follows:

Due to the rapidly changing situation around COVID-19, the Province of British Columbia has declared a State of Emergency. As a result, effective 4:30 p.m. March 18th we will be closing our offices in Kamloops to the public until further notice. Essential services will continue to be provided to our residents. These services include water, wastewater, eco-depot facilities and transfer stations. We are monitoring the situation and we are working to maintain other services as much as possible.
