B.C. eliminated at the Scotties

KAMLOOPS — B.C. did its part, but did’nt get the help it needed.

Corryn Brown defeated Team Canada 9-2 Friday morning at the Scotties.

But when Northern Ontario won over PEI to clinch the final berth in the playoffs, it eliminated four other teams, including B.C.

Northern Ontario now joins Ontario’s Rachel Homan, wild card Jennifer Jones and Kerri Einarson from Manitoba in the Page Playoffs to decide the 2020 Canadian Women’s Curling champion.
