Kamloops’ Corryn Brown tied for the lead at B.C. Curling playdowns

KAMLOOPS — The Corryn Brown rink picked up two wins Wednesday at the B.C. Curling playdowns in Cranbrook.

Brown started the day with an 11-0 five end demolition of the Kim Slattery rink and followed up in the evening draw downing Sarah Wark 8-5.

At 3-and-1 Brown is in a three way tie for the round robin lead that will see four rinks qualify for a playoff.

Karla Thompson split two games and is 1-and-2.

On the men’s side the Grant Olsen rink is on its last chance in the “C” event following a win and a loss on Wednesday.
