Two months later, no sign of missing Kamloops man

KAMLOOPS — Richard Jules was last seen at his home on Nov. 23, 2019 — and police are again asking the public for any tips.

Kamloops RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says the case will remain open until Jules is located.

“This file is still under investigation and officers are actively following up on tips,” she says. “Kamloops RCMP is asking anyone with any information about Richard Jules to contact them… or to contact Crime Stoppers.”

Jules is described as Indigenous, 48 years old, 5’5″, with short, straight brown hair, possibly wearing a red and white winter jacket and work boots, and may have a mustache.
