1931 – 2016

Maurice was born in Agassiz, BC, October 21, 1931 and passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2016 in Kamloops, BC. Maurice is survived by his beloved wife Grace, daughters, Deborah (Bonnie), Barbara, son Michael and sister Yvonne Tremblay. He is predeceased by his son Maurice Jr., parents, Maurice and Amelia Tuyttens and brother Bert. In 1951, when Maurice moved to Kamloops he started working for the CN Rail and retired in 1991 as a conductor. Maurice was active in St. John Vianney Parish at Westsyde with the Knights of Columbus and the Charismatic Renewal. He was an avid golfer who loved life.
Prayers will be recited on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 7pm in the St. John Vianney Parish Church. 2826 Bank Rd, Kamloops, BC V2B 6Y5.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 2 at 10:30am with Celebrant Monsignor Jerry Desmond.
