June 16, 1937 – December 3, 2016

Antonio “Tony” Anastasio was born on June 16th, 1937 in Salerno, Italy. On December 3rd, 2016, he lost his four year brave battle with cancer. 
He leaves behind his wife of 55 years, Raffael “Lina”, his son Angelo (Carmela, Erica, Giulia, Luca and Angelo), his son Gennaro “Rino” (Benjamin and Heather), his daughter Caterina “Cathy” Cuglietta (Lino, Danica, Diego and Nikko).
Tony was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed family camping trips and hunting. He also enjoyed socializing and he is probably raising a glass of wine with his loved ones in Heaven.
Should friends desire, donations to the Kamloops Hospice Association would be appreciated in his memory.
Prayers will be recited in Sacred Heart Cathedral on Tuesday, December 6th at 1:00 p.m. The Reverend Father Swann Kim will celebrate the Funeral Mass in the Cathedral on Wednesday, December 7th at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery, followed by a reception in the Sacred Heart Parish Hall (lower level of Cathedral).
