1935 – 2017

Yvonne Jeanette Moore passed away March 4, 2017. Yvonne was born in Vancouver BC, December 30, 1935 to Peter and Linda Schmidt. She was raised in Princeton BC, after graduation she attended College in California. Later she joined the RCAF and was stationed in Eastern Canada training in the Military Police, after her discharge she served in the Ottawa Police Force for several years. When Yvonne moved back to BC she had a career in Social Work until her retirement.
She is survived by Brother Ken (Rita), Auntie to Michelle (Len), Cheryl (Mike), Kevin (Shannon), Darryl (Tracy), and a Great-Aunt to ten nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at Ridgeview Lodge (Baltic and Pacific) for the wonderful care given to Yvonne over the last few years.
