It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret Anne Thompson, who was surrounded by family on April 13th, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Margaret was predeceased by her parents, Norman & Islay Clark.

She is survived by son Jason (Lauressa) Baker, son Levi Thompson, daughter Lisa (Brody) Hemmerling, and two granddaughters, Kennedy & Haley Baker. Margaret is also survived by her sister Bonnie Weisner, and brothers Bill and Dave Clark, as well as niece Michelle (Clarence) Konkel, nephew Jim (Crystal) Dean, and numerous great-nieces & nephews. Also left to cherish her memory are her special friends Fay (Ron) Blackman, and Cathy Leclair.

She was also thrilled to find out she would become a great-grandma in September.

As per Margaret’s wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret’s name can be made to The Canadian Cancer Society, or the Kamloops SPCA.
