Blazers fall 4-3 in Prince George despite badly outshooting their hosts
PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — The Kamloops Blazers continued their high-flying attack in Prince George last night — but this time, ran into a hot goalie.
The Cougars edged Kamloops 4-3, despite the BC Division-leading Blazers outshooting their hosts 44-18.
Taylor Gauthier made 41 saves for Prince George.
Kamloops got goals from Orrin Centazzo and Zane Franklin in the first period, but found themselves down 3-2 after one.
