Expect heavy delays on West Victoria Street today

KAMLOOPS — Drivers and transit users will experience some significant delays downtown today (Oct. 2).
The City of Kamloops says crews are paving Victoria Street West below BCLC and City Hall on Seymour Street West, in the slip lane, and in front of Spoke N Motion and the Mustard Seed.
All businesses remain open and accessible.
