Kanye West has announced that he is releasing an album later this month, Jesus Is King. Following the rapper’s Sunday Service in Atlanta on Sunday (September 15th) which featured appearances from T.I. and Tiny, 2 Chainz, Chris Tucker, he held a small concert in Batesville. There, the concert helped to raise money for Infinity’s Song and singer Victory Boyd, who recently signed to Roc Nation.

Kanye addressed the crowd at the event and confirmed that his album Jesus Is King will be dropping on September 27th. In the clip, Kanye says, “Jesus Is King is out Sept. 27, so let’s continue this..”

Kim Kardashian shared a photo of a notebook with handwritten song titles last month. The handwritten note also included the release date of the album.

On another note, jazz musician Kenny G has confirmed an upcoming collaboration with Kanye. According to Hypebeast, Kenny G said in a recent interview, “I didn’t know him real well, but I was obviously flattered. He could not have been more welcoming. Since then we’ve actually been in the studio working on some music together. I can’t really say much else because he doesn’t really want anyone to talk about music before he releases it. Just suffice to say that we’re collaborating on some things, and nobody knows what’s going to happen.”
