HARVEY WEINSTEIN TEAM CLAIM ACCUSER HIDING TRUTH: Attorneys for disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein are arguing that one of his accusers is trying to make herself look like more of a victim by hiding information in their civil court case, Page Six reports. “Plaintiff’s proposed redactions do not contain any private, confidential, or otherwise sensitive information,” Weinstein’s lawyers wrote in response to proposed email redactions from lawyers for Alexandra Canosa, who accuses him of rape in a federal suit. “Rather, they are nothing more than greetings, salutations, and expressions of affection. Again, Plaintiff and Defendant had a long time known consensual relationship. Plaintiff is attempting to use this Court’s Order to inhibit Mr. Weinstein from using any correspondence that does not support Plaintiff’s allegations.” (Page Six)

DANNY MASTERSON SUED FOR STALKING ACCUSERS: Danny Masterson and the Church of Scientology are being sued by his sexual assault accusers. According to court docs obtained by The Blast, the women claim they engaged in “conspiracy to cover up that Daniel Masterson sexually assaulted four young women. When those women came forward to report Masterson’s crimes, the Defendants conspired to and systematically stalked, harassed, invaded their and their family’s privacy, and intentionally caused them emotional distress and silence and intimidate them.” (The Blast)

OLIVIA NEWTON-JOHN SHARES HEALTH UPDATE: Olivia Newton-John is sharing an update amid her public battle with Stage 4 cancer. “I just want everyone to know, I’m here, I’m doing great,” Newton-John, 70, told ET‘s Keltie Knight at this year’s Industry Dance Awards & Cancer Benefit Show at the Avalon Theater in Hollywood on Wednesday. “I’m doing really well and I’m really healthy.
