KAMLOOPS — The 2019 Kamloops Y Dream Home Lottery Grand Prize draw has taken place – and the big winner is Simranjot Kaur.

The draw was made about 20 minutes ago for the lavish home in Tobiano, and Y spokesman Bryce Herman called her to let her know the big news.
