Cardinals: Emery Parker (2-2)

The Bombers came into the game three points back of the Cardinals for 2nd place in the league and a first-round playoff bye. The wins put the Bombers into 2nd. Frenchy’s Prowlers (12 wins, one loss) finish 1st, the Cardinals finish in 3rd. The Chu Chua Chiefs finish 4th. Lillooet finished 5th, edging out the STK Orioles on a tiebreaker (based on head-to-head record), as both teams finished 3-10.

Next Tuesday at 7:00 pm (July 2nd) is the KMMFL All-Star Game, with the first round of the playoffs getting underway on July 4th. The Cardinals (3rd Seed) will take on the STK Orioles (6th seed) while the Chiefs (4th) will host Lillooet (5th). The winners of those games will go on to play the Prowlers and the Bombers who get a first-round bye.

This year the KMMFL Championship will be decided in a best-of-three series beginning Thursday, July 11th. Game 2 will be played on July 16th, and Game 3 (if necessary) will go July 18th.
