Dave Robinson Memorial Golf Tournament set for July 6

The golf tournament will be held in memory of Dave Robinson, who’s battle with cancer ended on December 17, 2017 at the age of 60.

Dave was the type of person to live every day to the fullest. He worked hard for his family and was dedicated to the ones he loved.

We are organizing this event to not only remember Dave fondly, but to also bring friends, family and local businesses together to raise funds to purchase equipment for the Royal Inland Hospital Cancer Clinic.

Specifically, the Robinson family is requesting your support to purchase a Rhinolaryngoscope. This piece of equipment diagnoses cancers of the head and neck. The radiation oncologist in Kamloops has increased his clinic time to help more people in our community which means they need another instrument.

Without this instrument, people have to travel to Kelowna for treatment.

Our mission is to keep people in the comfort of their own town and close to home.

Tickets are $100 and include 18 holes at Bighorn Golf & Country Club and a wonderful dinner at the Big Horn’s new restaurant Masons Kitchen + Bar!!

Dinner tickets are $35 each.
