Cariboo Memorial Hospital maternity services to be temporarily suspended this week
WILLIAMS LAKE, B.C. — Expectant mothers in the Cariboo region are being asked to arrange different plans for their deliveries should they happen this week.
In a news release, Interior Health says women with deliveries anticipated between May 30 and June 3 are asked to relocate to Kamloops and plan for their deliveries at Royal Inland Hospital.
Low-risk delivery services will resume on June 3 at 7:30 p.m.
