Snow, below average temperatures expected for Kamloops
KAMLOOPS — Along with more well-below average temperatures, Kamloops is expecting to get hit with some snow early this week.
Environment Canada forecaster Bobby Sekhon says the city is going from drier and colder conditions into more of a snowier trend over the next 24 hours.
“We’ve got some snow beginning late this evening and you’ll see maybe up to four or five centimetres by the morning and then flurries will taper off,” Sekhon says. “However we still will have a high of only -10 C which is quite below normal still for this time of year.”
The average high temperature is 3 C for this time of year in Kamloops, and the average low is -4 C.
