SHANNEN DOHERTY SPEAKS ON LUKE PERRY’S PASSING: Shannen Doherty is heartbroken over the death of her former 90210 cast-mate and good friend Luke Perry. “I am in shock. Heartbroken. Devastated by the loss of my friend. I have so many memories with Luke that make me smile and that are forever imprinted on my heart and mind,” Doherty, 47, tells People of the 52-year-old’s death Monday after a massive stroke. She also says that to Perry, despite his worldwide fame, his “biggest accomplishment” and “his heart” were his two children, Jack, 21, and Sophie, 18, whom he shared with his ex Rachel Sharp. DID ELON MUSK VISIT AMBER HEARD WHILE JOHNNY DEPP WAS OUT OF TOWN? A security guard at Amber Heard and Johnny Depp‘s old apartment has testified under oath that he saw Tesla founder Elon Musk visit Heard while Depp was filming a Pirates of the Caribbean movie, The Blast reports. Depp has sued Heard for $50 million, accusing her of lying about him abusing her, and saying she cheated on him with Musk early in their marriage. Heard denies wrongdoing. (The Blast)
JONAS BROTHERS DISCUSS REUNION: A week after they announced their reunion, Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas joined James Corden Monday on The Late Late Show to discuss why they wanted to get together again. “About a year-and-a-half ago, we started filming a documentary… [that] tracks kind of our childhood into our time in the band, and it was gonna be a story about where we are today,” Nick explained. “With separate lives, doing separate things — Joe with DNCE, me with my solo stuff.” While they were filming, he said, the started to “realize that there was a magic that we felt like we were missing.” The documentary will soon be available on Amazon Prime, but a release date has not yet been announced. BETHENNY FRANKEL AND JASON HOPPY BEGIN CUSTODY TRIAL: Estranged exes Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are in court finalizing their custody agreement over their daughter, Bryn. Frankel wants primary custody, while Hoppy wants to keep joint custody. Their split and custody battle has been contentious, with both lobbing public accusations of wrongdoing. Frankel’s attorney accused Hoppy of cruel treatment and disdain of Frankel in court, in addition to emotional and psychological abuse, while Hoppy stood by his request to have her drug-tested after her ex Dennis Shield‘s presumed death from an overdose.
