KATY PERRY SELLS HOLLYWOOD HILLS HOME FOR $9.45 MILLION: Katy Perry has unloaded her former home for $9.45 million; she first put it on the market almost two-and-a-half years ago. The Spanish-style residence has four bedrooms and four full and two half bathrooms spread throughout its various structures. The property includes the main residence, a small guard house, a semi-detached two-story guesthouse with a limousine-length garage and a fitness pavilion. It also boasts an outdoor pizza oven, meditation gardens and an outdoor amphitheater. Variety reports the buyer is famed restaurateur Michael Chow, who owns the Mr. Chow franchise.
DJ KHALED REVEALS ‘FATHER OF ASAHD’ ALBUM WILL ARRIVE IN MAY: DJ Khaled has finally provided fans with details of his long-awaited Father of Asahd album, announcing that his upcoming project will arrive in May. The announcement was accompanied by a series of video teasers, which feature Khaled speaking with Epic Records executives about his major keys to taking the industry by storm. “I want to unload on them,” he says in a promotional clip. “I want to f*** the game up!” Father of Asahd is Khaled’s 11th studio album, and the producer says it’s his best thus far. He’s also been teasing a slew of collaborations, including possible tracks with Cardi B, Meek Mill, Post Malone, Travis Scott, Bryston Tiller and 2 Chainz.
MARSHMELLO LANDS VEGAS RESIDENCY: Marshmello has a new residency lined up in Las Vegas. This summer, the deejay/producer will have an exclusive residency at the Palms’ new day and nightclub, KAOS. The two-year residency will earn him around $60 million. The residency starts at the nightclub April 4th, where he’ll play through May. He’ll officially open the day club on April 6th as part of a star-studded opening weekend event featuring Cardi B, J Balvin, G-Eazy, Travis Scott and more.
